What is "Home Watch"?
The National Home Watch Association (NHWA) defines “Home Watch” as a service designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home. The official definition of Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property looking for obvious issues. So, your home is being inspected by professionals looking for potential problems. We have a basic checklist that can be tailored to your individual needs and concerns. If a situation does arise, you will be notified so the problem can be dealt with in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Why do I need Home Watch services?
Do you own a second home in the High Country of North Carolina? What do you do with your home while you are hundreds or even thousands of miles away? When a home is left unattended, unoccupied or vacant, it’s left at greater risk to break-ins, vandalism, water leaks, HVAC failures, pest infestation, storm damage and more.
