Inspection Services

 An Exterior Inspection covers the components and materials of the exterior that may be present, including siding, windows and doors, flashing, grading, the garage, and other exterior systems and components. 

 Here we Inspect Structural Components including foundation walls and piers, look for indications of structural failures, and evaluate masonry cracks and settlement.  Irregularities in framing and  other issues in basements and crawlspaces are noted. 

 An inspection of the roof system is both one of the most crucial areas of home inspection and one of the biggest concerns on the prospective home buyer's mind. A Roof Inspection includes roof materials, flashing, drainage systems, and penetrations.

 An inspection of the plumbing system includes a review of leaks,  water supplies, drain flow, water contamination, and incorrect installations of components.

It includes a review of the components of common HVAC systems that may be present during a residential inspection, including warm-air, hydronic, steam and electric heating systems; air conditioning systems; and heat pump systems.  

 Inspecting the electrical system includes the service entrance point, grounding system, and the electrical panels, including identifying common electrical violations, defects and concerns.
